Greg Luhman
ADTRAN
Greg Luhman has been working in the Telecom industry since 1999. Starting out as a sales rep for a Fortune 500 distribution firm he quickly migrated to a technical advisory role, supporting network planning and roll outs for the Tier 3 ILECs across the Midwestern United States.
In 2011 he was recruited out of that role by ADTRAN. Greg is currently a Business Development manager working with Service Providers of all types across North America.
Greg and his Wife are currently raising their 5 children, near a lake, in Zimmerman, MN.

Tamber Ray
NTCA - THE RURAL BROADBAND ASSOCIATION
Tamber Ray is Regulatory Counsel for NTCA – the Rural Broadband Association. Tamber joined NTCA in January 2018 and brought with her over 20 years of experience in advising rural telecommunications and Internet Service Providers on federal telecommunications and online copyright infringement matters. Tamber is a Co-Chair of the ICT-SCRM Task Force Small and Medium Sized Business Working Group as well as Co-Chair of the Communications Sector Coordinating Council Small and Mid-Size Business Committee.
Tamber holds a B.A. in Radio/TV and Political Science from Radford University in Radford, Virginia, along with a JD from Howard University School of Law and an LLM in Intellectual Property from The George Washington University Law School. She is admitted to the Virginia and District of Columbia Bars.

Mark Wilkerson

Mark D. Wilkerson is an attorney with the Montgomery, Alabama firm of Wilkerson and Bryan, P.C. His practice encompasses utility, communications, healthcare and general business law. During his career, he has been also appointed to serve as an administrative law judge in the health care, licensure and environmental fields. Mark received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of Alabama.

Duke Horan

Duke Horan is Vice President of Operations for Mears Group, and in this capacity is responsible for Operation and Management of projects and programs to support our customer base as well as identifying markets, and budgeting projected sales and revenues for the Operating Unit.
Mr. Horan has spent over 23 years in the telecom engineering and construction industry. He has worked across the United States on last mile, middle mile, long-haul fiber, and wireless networks. He also has significant experience in government funded networks, Education, and Healthcare. Prior to joining The Mears Group, Mr. Horan held multiple positions at Henkels & McCoy, Adesta, which is a G4S Technology company, MFSNT, Ecklebe Building, Inc, and was also a graduate teaching assistant in the University of Nebraska.
Mr. Horan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Nebraska, has completed graduate coursework in Mathematics at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, and is an active member of the Nebraska Association of Student Councils(NASC) Launch Leadership staff.
Other notable accomplishments include successful completion numerous professional training courses in planning and scheduling, supervision, team building, contracts management. Mr. Horan has also been recognized with multiple President’s and Chairman’s awards over the years for most outstanding business units.

Bob Stewart
NECA
Bob Stewart is currently a Manager – Member Services and USF Coordinator for NECA’s Southern Region. He is primarily responsible for serving the telephone companies in the states of Alabama, Florida, Maine, Mississippi, and Virginia. Prior to coming to NECA 22 years ago as an Associate Manager – Tariffs and Training, Bob taught high school mathematics and computer science in his home state of Tennessee and also worked for Merastar Insurance Company as a statistical analyst in the actuarial department. In addition to his responsibilities with NECA, Bob is currently a part-time communications instructor for Kennesaw State University. Bob has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Bryan College and a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership and Liberal Studies from Duquesne University. He enjoys spending family time with his wife of 28 years, Melissa, and his two sons, Zachary and Graham.
